Almost The End - Part 3

We met with our builder this week for the walk through! Today the county signed off on the house. It is complete. We will meet with the builder later this week to obtain all the paper work and start moving in. After we get the appliances and furniture in I will send out my final post. I hope you have enjoyed reading this as much as I have doing it.

Almost The End - Part 2

We were at the house late last week and they are really moving along. The bathrooms are 99% complete. They are working on the deck/porches and it looks great. Misc things on the interior need to be done. The plan is to be done this week then have the final inspection. Stay tuned.

Almost The End - Part 1

We've had some delays due to the bad weather and other unforeseen events but we are back on track now and headed for the finish line - woohoo! At this writing we're thinking a couple of weeks before moving in.
Most of the baseboards are in. The bathrooms are almost complete. The tile is in and grouted. We're hoping for a string of dry days so the deck and porch can be installed (decking material).
